I got a random text from the number 83372 that said “Your Apple one-time passcode is: ______” with a series of numbers. I don’t know what this means, or what the code is for? Should I be worried about hackers?

If you have 2 Factor Authentication enabled, you don't need to worry. If you don't have 2 Factor Authentication enabled, as a precaution, change your password.
