Phone Trade-in

I recently purchased a new iPhone and will be trading in my old one. Apple sent me a prepaid shipping label that has FedEx on it. Do I need to drop it off at a FedEx store for it to be shipped?

You can either drop it off at a FedEx location or call them and arrange a pickup. Same way as you’d shaping anything from home with FedEx.
