Is Call of Duty 4 Going to Come Back to the App Store?

A few years ago I bought Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare for my iMac. It was a fun little game to play and I enjoyed owning it. I just bought a new MacBook Air and was looking for it to download and play again, but I cant find it anywhere on the App Store. It still appears in my iCloud downloads, but I cant reinstall it. Did apple remove it from the App Store or is it still being optimized for M1/Big Sur?
