I can't access search iTunes Store since update,I can search library but nothing happens when I press search iTunes Store so I can't purchase any music.I don't want to subscribe to Apple Music what can I do ?

Make sure you have clicked on "iTunes Store" as in the picture below.
Thanks for replying ,but sorry I've tried that still can't search, the screen goes blank with spyglass motif, if I click on iTunes Store on the left of screen the store comes on then when I enter a search back to spyglass.Why they mess thing about is beyond me .
