Big Sure, not working npm upgrade

Hello, after upgrade to macOS Big Sur I can't to use npm install anymore.

I described the problem on stackoverflow.com.

It seams to me that the problem is on the OS level as I can't use the docker container also.

I can confirm that I can to create/simulate new mobile application in the xcode as I realized in the past that it is good benchmark.

I re-install Xcode Command Line Tools, Homebrew and tried manual installation of nodejs/npm either.

Also I found that pip command wasn't working, so I fixed it and Python Python3 pip and pip3 commands are working fine, Homebrew doctor sub-command is without complains and all pip/brew packages are force reinstalled.

The VirtualBox was broken also what I fixed by remove and add that application again.

On VirtualBox - Windows 10 machine, the nodejs v14 and npm v6 is working as expected.

I ran permissions check of the CleanMyMac X and all results are just fine according to that application.

Any clue, what I can try to find proper fix for this issue?
