Apple One Premier Family Sharing I just upgraded to Apple One Premier and shared with family. I have Fitness+ on my iPhone fitness app but the Fitness+ option doesn’t show up on my family’s Fitness app (only Summary and Sharing). They are on iOS 16 but don’t have Apple Watch (I do). As it states at the bottom of:

Get Apple Fitness+ - Apple Support

"If you use Family Sharing and subscribe to Apple Fitness+, you can share your subscription with up to five family members."
