my macbook pro A1708 laptop won’t start up and or turn on at all..even when the power cord is plugged in to the laptop still nothing happens

My macbook pro a1708 laptop still won’t power on even when it’s plugged in to the wall, it’s still not coming on at all. THERES NO SCREEN LIGHTS NOTHING AT ALL!!
