I have an iogear docking station GUD3C01 and I'm trying to connect 2 external monitors, does anyone know how to detect the displays?

Can someone help me with connecting 2 Samsung external monitors to my MacBook Pro 2019 16" using an Iogear docking station GUD3C01?

I've downloaded a driver for Catalina, and I allowed system preferences to download the driver, yet when connecting the docking station the monitors stay undetected.

Please help if you can?
