I downloaded ios14.3 on my iPad but cannot find the fitness+ app which I have on my iPhone. Can someone help?

When I find the app on the app store, I am seeing "This app requires specific features not available on this device". I am on iPad Pro 2020 and I have installed 14.3. Has the app store not updated with the newest Fitness app?
No, still not able to download...
It appears that it is a known issue, can only hope that Apple is working on it and solution will come in the near future.
