I haven’t worked since December 12, 2017. Every month you’re taking what little money I do have or don’t have. Do you realize I’m getting charged $30.00 every time you take invisible money? The number you leave is a recording. What am I to do? Toss this iPad out the window? No, because you will steal bill me. PLEASE STOP. YOU’RE KILLING ME. I CAN’T GET AWAY FROM YOU.

This is a volunteer user support forum. Nobody here can access your accounts or refund anything. If you’re having issues with bills coming from Apple, you need to call Apple support about that. Nobody here can do anything - we don’t work for Apple.
If that money withdrawn is related to app(s) subscription(s), you need to cancel that subscription (but you won't be able to use that/those app(s) anylonger).
