Dark spotlight shadows bottom of screen on MacBook Pro M1 (2020)

Was using my MacBook Pro M1tonight and the bottom of screen started to flicker slightly whilst using Safari. Now it has developed spotlight shadows on the bottom for the screen, similar to those reported on older models. I am assuming there is no reset for this and I will have to have Apple look at this?
