Email name not changing.

Every time I send someone an email, it displays someone else’s name in their inbox. I’ve already changed the name info on settings and the apple website but it’s still displaying the wrong name

When you go to www.icloud.com > Mail > gear icon (bottom left) > Preferences > Account > what name is listed?
