Cannot access some websites on my new iPhone 12

I get error messages when signing into apps and website on my new iPhone 12. Specifically QVC.com and their app, Shipt.com and their app, CVS.com and their app. On Shipt.com I get the message 'Error 1005 access denied. The owner of this website has banned the autonomous system number your IP address is in from accessing this website'. CVS app says "We're sorry, We can't complete your request right now due to technical issues". QVC.com and their app says "Access Denied, You don't have permission to access www.qvc.com on this server." How can I correct this?
