If you don't see your family's shared content - Apple Support

Sign out of Media & Purchases, then sign back in.

Anything further on this. I have two new iPads with the same issue I set up for my kids. Frustrating me at the moment. Went through the setup threads on the site here. Logged in and out a bunch of times. Tried updating to 14.3 and that didn’t help either.

I’ve tried that.

interestingly with the update I can now see my wife’s content. But my kids can’t see my wife’s or mine. When on the family sharing icon, the loading icon continually spins looking for family members. I’ve followed some other advice on turning off content and privacy restrictions. But that hasn’t helped

I should add They can see the content in the iTunes app. But in the tv app it doesn’t work. I don’t really consider downloading the library a fix since they continually jump around and should be able to stream the videos and tv shows from the tv app.

I have the same issue and can't see the family members in the library under "family sharing". On the other hand I see that Apple TV+ was shared by my brother. I can remember that this worked in the past...
