iPhone black screen and overheating issues

Hello I have been having a few issues with my new iPhone 11 it has been going black and I have to push buttons for a while just for it to turn back on as well as my battery keeps overheating and it’s not hot where I live in fact is snowing. I was hoping I could get help or just exchange the phone because I use my phone for work and it seems to do this while I’m on route.

Heat My iPhone suddenly got heat and then a black screen appears with buffering Symbol and then get the home screen and tries to open it but it is very slow and then i wait 5 mins restarts my device again and everything is ok. i,ve noticed this issue since 3 months i bought my device in Jan and battery health is 100% what should i do in this case as i use it in my business daily ?
