Xcode "Junk" Storage

Hi, I just downloaded Xcode yesterday (MacOS Big Sur) and then the app didn't show up, moreover, it gave me over 40 GB junk storage, how to delete all of those junk storage?

Not enough storage to download Xcode I wanted to download Xcode on my MacBook Pro but no matter how much I delete, I don't have enough storage for the app. My MacBook has 120gb, less than 30gb of that includes all my files, applications, pictures etc, 12gb is under "Other" and a huge 50gb is under "System Data". "Other" storage occupying 80% of 250GB To the point I cannot update Xcode nor can I reveal what is in "Other" storage. I have 16GB available. One post, regarding clearing other storage, said it would be freed as needed but this is obviously not the case. I can't find anything about "Other" storage.

app store problem Hello since I tried to download Xcode from the app store every time I did not complete the download. and I am on memory management, the "other" space that increases in size each time. How do I free memory from this partially downloaded data from the app store? thank you
