app store problem

Hello
since I tried to download Xcode from the app store every time I did not 
complete the download. and I am on memory management, the "other" space that 
increases in size each time.
How do I free memory from this partially downloaded data from the app store?

Not Enough Space I am trying to update my Xcode app to the latest version the update size is 8GB and i have 15 GB free on my mac but it is showing not enough space disk space available to install the product.
