iPhone 12 Pro Max still has green tint screen after updating to iOS 14.3

had my iPhone 12 for 3 weeks now I’ve been noticing dark green glows on the edges of my screen especially on YouTube using dark mode and on dark screens, anyone know how to fix this or what I should do because I compared W my iPhone X and it doesn’t have this so is my phone faulty?

Yeah. Apple said they’ve working on a solution but three months since such issues were reported on November 2020, no solutions have come up yet. I think Apple is lying. Why wouldnt they replace device such issue?

Hey, anyone of you still facing green tint issues on iPhone 12 models? I read somewhere that a software update might fix it. We are already looming around iOS 14.5 and the issues are clearly still there. Any fixes available? Please help out.

Canada. Not gonna lie to you guys but woke up today and the green tint is now gone?? I did absolutely nothing to fix this so I don’t know what to tell you...😂 like I said earlier I completely reset my phone to factory yesterday mid afternoon but still had the green tint issue for the remainder of the day. I cancelled my appointment to replace my screen but if the problem comes back I will let you know.

I am from India. I too submitted my phone to Apple for this green tint and some colour fading all around the display. But Apple does not considering it as an issue and sent back my iphone without resolving the issue two times. This thing Makes me frustrated....

I had the brightness down 90% issue and I thought I test the green edge on black picture, waaalaaa I am now here typing that I got this issue too check box ticked.... shouldn’t this be a better phone, my iPhone 12 Pro Max is not cheap, my partner using Samsung s21 is give me the grin when I take photo outside, it just heat up, I look like a complete fool.. I should just kept the money and using my iPhone 8 and wait for 13...

I don `t believe! I have tried everything and the only thing that makes it disappear just a little is turning off auto brightness in accessibility. I have tried everything and the green tint is still there. After comparing a new iPhone 12 days of use with one that has been used for for 3 months aprox, it makes me think that it is a hardware problem.

Yes, and its very upset that I also sent my iphone 12 which has the same issue to repair. Yet, the repaired unit still got the same problem, did they ever check after repaired? I really have no such time to keep sending the iphone to the service centre.

it's incredibly frustrating...I thought Apple were tip notch customer care but the person I spoke to - who was very helpful - has not responded to my communications with him since getting my phone back from a second failed 'repair'.

I tried to see what I sad yesterday and it’s very difficult. You must be in a very dark room for sometime before you can see it.

I thought to change parameters like light contrast brightness of the screenshot from Photos app. Now you can view what I sad yesterday! Watch the picture postproducted! It was born as a screenshot of a screenshot of a screenshot….. of a totally black screen on my iPhone 12

For my case still no a fix, the raised black is much obvious. The things is it will go to true black like 1 sec later (experiment with pure black image). Yet, as long as you have some color image, the green tint is shown.

It is not fixed, just become different.

The fact that iphone isn’t giving us anything except that they’re trying to “fix” it is stupid. They’re phones are so expensive and yet they give us a defected iphones. This should be a bigger issue and apple should be sued. We deserve to have a replacement for they’re expensive defected phones.

So just to be clear. I paid more than 2,300 for 2 iphones and I'm supposed to be okay with the fact that my wife's iphone and mine have a green tint on the screen? This is very upsetting. Is apple going to admit that this is a hardware issue? I can't believe I fell for the "next update will fix It"

Basically, every time I touch the screen, the true black will rise up . For few secs then back to normal. And if you have over 50% content that is not black, the BG will still glow. Most disappointed thing is, the scenario will just keep getting worse by time. Really, Apple? 2 trillions company ?

I see this green line always but only if I open the YouTube application on my iPhone 12 pro and start a dark video, and increase or decrease the volume .. when the volume bar appears this green line appears that I hate .. more increase the brightness and more you can see .. for the rest I have no problem with green tint but only the classic yellow calibration of this year's iPhones that we all have .. if I open YouTube from safari the problem is not there because the volume bar has a different graphical interface .. I don't understand if it's a bug on all iPhones because it's a YouTube bug or just mine.

Whomsoever said that green tint has been fixed for them in latest 14.5, can you check in the same way as shown in the above quote.
