IOS 14.3 Search issue

I have just updated my iphone 11 and when I swipe down to search it stuck and searching box does not appear. I have to lock my phone to get rid of that screen. Is there any one who have same issue.

Restart the device. That's it.
Still not solved --> Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
