How come my iPad doesn’t automatically backup? I’m plugged in and I’m on WiFi. I have 200 kB for iCloud storage which shows I only used a little of that.

Why doesn’t my iPad automatically backup? It’s plugged in the electricity and I’m on WiFi. I have for iCloud backup 200 go and it shows I only used a 1/4 of that.

The first iCloud backup must be manually initiated from Settings. Subsequent iCloud backup will occur daily - provided that the iPad is (a) locked, (b) connected to WiFi and (c) connected the its Power Adapter.
