Nope, this does not solve the issue. Have compatible watch and phone where it works and cannot install on iPad Pro.

Have you seen this app? I cant find it anywhere. Ive got it on my iPhone and APTV. My watch is a S4.

Not true.
Any iPad Pro model runnung iPadOS 14.3 can download and install the Apple Fitness app.
I really struggled to find the app, but ive got it now. Not sure what it was hidden so well from me.
