ipad pro camera problem on canvas platform

Hi guys,

I am having problem with the use of my ipad pro on canvas teaching platform. it uses bigbluebutton for visual meetings (classes, in university) but I failed to start visual meetings with ipad cam and every time I try I get media server error. is anybody out there having same problem and is there any solution? please help me.

the tech guy in my university said that all persons using the ios and ipad os devices have same problem. is that true?
