Are you experiencing this issue when you send videos to a specific contact or multiple? Also, have they tried to open, and play your video on multiple devices like phone, computer or an iPad? If so do they get the same results?
Also is this happening with a specific video you recorded on your iPhone or multiple? When you play this video on your iPhone, does it work as expected?
