Can't get through IVR prompts while on a call

Same issue here on my iPhone SE 2. I have iOS 14.2 and this issue is ridiculous - it just doesn’t work. There’s no error code, you just can’t dial any automated prompts.

Same here! I have been trying to call UK pension office and their system is not reading iphone's tone when using their automated response system!
