Wrong email address that can’t be changed

I have both an iCloud email address and an iCloud account. I got a new phone, and cannot get email to my iCloud address. It is defaulting to my Google email Address on my iCloud account. It won’t let me change this. Help!!

iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 14

Sounds like that Google email address is your Apple ID.
