My iphone 7 is flashing only apple logo. Home button not working. Pls suggest an option to switch off while its plug in to charger?

Wouldn't of known what you tried as you didn't provide any information of what did or did not work for you.
Regardless, if you are not able to use your iPhone's Home button, you are not able to access it, and as such, you will need to make a Genius Bar appointment at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider to have them take a look and provide you with your options.
Already did but it didnt worked. I just need to switch it off while plug in to charger
2-3 times it got off in charging mode but couldn’t recall about the option i did at that time
