How can I access voicemail on new iphone 12? Callers can leave message but I don't see it, nor can I access.

Open the Phone app, tap voicemail and then tap Set Up. Just follow the prompts. Each cellular carrier has a different way to handle the setup so I can't give you the remaining steps but, if I recall, they are rather easy.
