How to check the apps purchased with a different Apple ID

This is the second time I try to upload an app in my new iPad and it appears that I have to pay again for it: I have several music related apps in my old iPad Pro, working for 2-3 years there. I bought them but they appear in the “Purchases” list in the App Store when seen through the old iPad but when I check the same list in the App Store using the new iPad, these same app are not in the list and I am require to buy them again. I already paid again for one app I was needing and today I found the same issue two times.

What can I do?

How can I check apps purchased with another Apple ID?

Is it possible to consolidate several apple ID’s into a single one?

Purchases are permanently tied to the AppleID used. You cannot transfer purchases between AppleIDs.

You could set up family sharing between those two AppleIDs to share purchases -> Family Sharing - Apple
