Can’t connect to App Store
Hi, I’ve been trying to fix this issue for days and I’m starting to get frustrated. When I open the App Store or iTunes Store it gives me the “Cannot Connect to App Store” message with the retry button and nothing else. I’ve followed all the directions I can find on this issue: shut off the phone and turn it back on, log out of my iCloud account, check the Apple status page, check my WiFi and data connections, everything. My iOS is also already up to date. Please help!!!
