Blacklisted? Why?
I bought an iPhone on November 27, 2020 on offer up from a seller in my city. I haven’t had a phone line since 2019 so I didn’t put in a SIM card. I tried getting a phone line today at AT&T and they said my phone was blacklisted. I don’t know why it was blacklisted if it had my iCloud and all my information in it. The seller had removed all of his information from it. I don’t know what carrier it used before but the seller had told me it was unlocked to all carriers when I bought it. I have proof of me buying it off him. Is there anything Apple can do?
