iCloud Backup check-
On your iPhone, open Settings ➔ Apple ID (Your Name at Top) ➔ iCloud ➔ iCloud backup: Look below Back Up Now and you will see when the Last Successful Backup was created.
iTunes/Finder/Mac/Windows PC Backup Check-
Things here are very obvious. There is a statement when the last backup was made successfully on iCloud. If you want to check when the last successful backup was made on the computer then click on Manage Backups and you will your computer backups there.
