Viber made Incorrect backup file in the icloud

When I made a Viber backup file, an error occurred. The program hung, but at the same time some image in the size of about 10 gigabytes poured out in a cloud. When Viber launched again, he wrote that he did not see a copy in the cloud. And now I can't even remove it from icloud or create a new copy through the icloud settings - the application hangs again. Does anyone know the solutions?
