Cannot download Lidl Plus app - not available in your country/region

I cannot download Lidl Plus app - the Lidl app downloads but when I try to download the Lidl Plus it says 'not available in your country/region'

I went to settings and changed to United Kingdom.

I tried again to download - no luck.

I deleted the original Lidl app and tried again - no luck

I deleted the original Lidl app, switched off the phone, dowloaded the Lidl app but again, as soon as I tried to download the Plus the same error message appeared.

Does anyone know how to solve this?
