Is it possible to customize a Macbook Air M1 2020 when buying, by changing the amount of cores in the GPU of the 256 version? (I want 8 cores instead of 7 in the GPU for the 256 version)

That option doesn't show up here. Can only upgrade the RAM, storage or the keyboard layout in the Dutch Apple store. If you want the 8 core then you'll need the 512 gb storage one.
