ios 14.3 issue

ios 14.3 update is showing in software update while I'm using my mobile data only not over my wifi.Any solution?

Correct.

Software update requires a Wi-Fi network or a computer.

The thing is when I check software update in my settings while using mobile/cellular data it shows ios14.3 update but when I use my wifi it shows ios14.2 is the latest version. Any solution?
