eircode problem

hi can anyone help with this, apple does not recognise Irish postcodes there callled eircode here Im in waterford were the codes start with X91then 4 characters X91DM3B for example ( not actual) as a result I cant even install whatsap

Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods
