Apple Watch

My apple was stolen and I put it on lost mode, and also notify when found but I keep getting this notification

what does it mean?

That notification is an indicator that your watch has connected to a network. This means that is the screen isn't damaged, whoever see if will see the lost message you set, and you should be able to log in to Find My and see the last location of your Apple Watch.
