how to stop lost mode

Hi there, can anyone help me disable lost mode on my iPhone? its just coming up saying that this iPhone is lost and to call my sisters number but we're not sure what to do next. I also logged on to find my iPhone on my Mac and clicked the stop lost mode button but its just saying pending
