verifcation code error

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. It looks like you're unable to log out of your Apple ID o your iPhone, and getting verification error. We'd be happy to look into this with you.

Which app or service are you having issue signing out of your Apple ID? For example: iCloud, iTunes & App Store, or something else?

To get started, please try the following steps, and let us know if that helps:

• Restart your iPhone:

• Check your Internet connection

Try a different Wi-Fi network, or try to connect to cellular data

• Check Apple servers

Make sure that Apple Servers aren’t experiencing any issues by going to the following link:

System Status

• Update your device

Make sure your iPhone is up-to-date on software. When you navigate to: Settings > General > Software Update do you see any available updates?

If so, please back up your iPhone, then update as explained in the following links:

• Check date and time settings on your device

Set the date and time on iPhone
