MacBook Youtube Restricted Mode

I am a MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019) user, I use macOS big sur 11.1 OS and youtube "Some results have been removed because Restricted Mode is enabled by your network administrator." I'm getting the error restriction mode is off I use my own personal internet strange so I am connected to the same internet and google account from the phone, no problem on the phone, just having trouble on the MacBook. Can you help me?

I should note, this seems to be a problem with my cable service provider, ‘Suddenlink’. I have 400mb x 50mb service. When calling tech support they don’t understand what the problem is.

Parental controls When I turn off parental controls, how come I can't access anything? I even turned screen time off, but I still can't access anything. It just says Connection refused. It also happens when I put it to unrestricted.The result:why tho

I keep trying to use safari but when I try to search, it says the site has been blocked by my networks administrator When I open safari, I keep getting message that says this. Anyone else? [Image Edited by Moderator to Remove Personal Information]
