Call recording is illegal in most places and heavily regulated in others.
It would be impossible for Apple to implement that in a way that would be legal universally.

If you are asking about recording a phone call, that is illegal in most places so it is not something that Apple will support.
but all android user use this facility and not requirement any purchase application if apple recommended this is illegal so apple provide any app lunch who call recording because i talk any person by call and after i prof that this is real but i have not prof any talk discussion so please solve this problem
