My iPhone 11 is not sounding or vibrating my text notifications. It is not on airplane mode or do not disturb the notifications are both turned on also

My iPhone 11 Pro Max is not sounding or vibrating when I get a text. It shows the notification but does not sound even though they are both selected. Not on airplane or do not disturb modes

Update your iOS to the latest, 14.3. That addresses the possible lack of notifications on some devices.
