Is there a way to convert Motion Photos (Samsung Phone) to Live Photos on my new iPhone

I would like save all my motion photos memories from my samsung galaxy. Is there a way to covert these to Live Photos on my iPhone. I have them backed up in google photos. However when I view within the google photos app on my iPhone they don't have motion on the phone. They do if I view on google photos on the browser. This is very inconvenient. I would ideally like them to be live photos in the Photos gallery.

iPhone 12, iOS 14

I've solved this issue. You can transfer motion photos (android) to iPhone using google photos. Your motion photos must be uploaded to google photos. If you have the same photo on your iPhone you will need to delete the still photo from your library and download from the google photos. It will then play as live/motion photo on either device. This is only successful moving from Samsung Motion Photos to Live Photos. Doing the same process in reverse trying to get live photos to motion photos failed and I could not even get the still photo downloaded to the Samsung device via google photos.
