I don't see the fitness plus tab in my fitness app

Update your phone and watch to the newest iOS. After that the Fitness+ tab should appear there. I am having trouble with the watch connecting to the workouts tho.

Yep, I’m stupid, I thought I had latest iOS but I didn’t 🙄. Just updated to 14.3 & volia! I now have the fitness + tab

Resolved after I updated my software. Even though it showed I was on 14.3 already, had a Apple support call, they did a diagnostics, showed I had another available update... suddenly a new 14.3 showed (I had been on a public beta) and after the most recent update, now I have Fitness+ available. Good luck

There's also the problem that it's not available in every single country...

THANK YOU!!! I think that is what must have happened with mine! I thought I'd updated to 14.3 several days ago, but apparently that didn't complete.

After finishing that, I have the Fitness+ tab in my app.

Do you know what kind of Apple Watch you have? I had the same issues and eventually I found out for Fitness+ to work you have to have an Apple Watch series 3 or higher...Which is really dumb since it already requires you to buy a watch from them and pay a monthly fee.

i actually just asked apple this and you can only access apple fitness plus if you have the series 3, SE or series 6. I have the series 1 watch and i saw it's not compatible with the fitness+ but i was just going to watch the videos and follow along but you need to have one of those 3 watches to access that...... so dumb

Make sure your ios version is 14.3

Even though it did not appear as a notification, an update was due, after installing the problem was resolved.

Just check again it fully downloaded update. I had this issue for 2 weeks. The download had paused

Did you checked if your country was eligible for fitness+ ?

I got mine working by using my Apple TV first 🤷🏽‍♀️

Every time I tried to connect using my phone it wouldn’t work. So I thought I’d see if I could Apple TV, icon is there, I click on it & connected that way.

Fitness+ is region locked so that could be it too
