How long will my iPhone 7 last?

Hey friends,

I have recently upgraded from my iPhone 7, 32G, in perfect condition (aside from lagging a bit). I am planning to solo travel in Summer 2023 and want to bring a back-up phone.

Do you think my iPhone 7 will last and function well by then? Or, should I trade it in for ~$100 value now, and find a back-up phone later?
