Outlook Hangs on Calendar After Installing iCloud for Windows

In Outlook, when I click on my calendar icon, it takes 20 seconds for my calendar to load, and sometimes Outlook gives an error "Outlook isn't responding" before it brings up my calendar. I've de-selected my iCloud calendars from within Outlook, so it shouldn't be trying to read those. In the iCloud app, I've de-selected the Mail option, hit apply, and then re-selected it, but it doesn't fix the calendar issue. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled.

I'm using iCloud to move my Outlook contacts onto my iCloud contacts. This feature works fine.

I'm using Outlook 365 ProPlus, Outlook Version 2002 (Build 12527.21236 Click to Run) with iCloud for Windows version 11.
