Logging on to iTunes

Despite what I do, I am unable to log in on the pop up screen to log into iTunes and cannot get the pop up screen to go away. The iTunes screen also is on my screen and it is not allowing me to do anything on it. I have gone in and edited my information on apple and it isn't helping!

Thank you for posting in the Apple Support Communities. It sounds like something is preventing you from logging in to iTunes, correct? Just to be certain, the login request is happening in iTunes and not a web browser, correct? If so, we'd love to help!


Please tell us what specific error you get then attempting to sign in?

Is your Mac updated to the latest version of macOS available?
