Why can't I activate ICloud on my Iphone XR?

My phone hasn't been syncing with ICloud for a few weeks. I don't know what happened, it used to be good. I recently changed my password. I can access my account through Mozzilla. There is no information in the ICloud account on the phone, it is not possible to enter a password. What can I do?
