Terminal opens automatically, I shut it down in numerous ways but it will open again after about 5 seconds. I haven't downloaded any unknown applications this is all I have downloaded so far...

Check your login items under Users & Groups in the System Preferences.
Uninstall CleanMyMac by following the developer's instructions. Cleaning apps are not needed on a Mac and usually cause more problems than they solve plus they impact system performance.
Run EtreCheck and post the report here using the "Additional Text" icon which looks like a piece of paper.
