Im using iPhone 12, and the last time I check my battery was around 60%. I turn Power mode, then this morning I found that my battery draining so fast which left me only 31%
is this normal?

I had a long chat with the Apple support and he tested my phone with the Apple inspector and a battery check but he can't find something wrong. Then I had a chat with his boss and after that I got a call from Apple from a guy from the Apple care team (I don't have Apple care). We are talking long about that issue and in the end he gave me to tips:

He told me that Apple takes care about the feedback issues and when a lot of people writing a feedback for the same issue, the developers taking care to have a look and try to fix it. But it's only necessary over this ways (Bug request, feedback formular, get in contact with the support). He told me that they ignore the Apple Support Communities for that. a

14.3 as released the second week of December last year.
Please don't buy it again.
Have not yet decided if looking for another phone or buying it again and not updating the software - any advice is welcome!
Any new device from Apple will have 14.3 until 14.4 is released.
The update did not cause any issues.
Not sure if it is a UK market thing here, but the phone came with iOS 14.1 out of the box, not 14.3.
You stated you had a ten day old device.
It may have shipped with 14.2 but it could have 14.1 on it.
Confirm it came with 14.1 (UK iPhone 12 mini 128Gb from Apple.com) - maybe it´s not selling that good...
You can't go back to previous version in iOS.
Turn off Optimize Battery and your battery will charge to 100% over a period of time.

I tried the factory reset already - and a downgrade, a new setup and more. Doesn't work for me and my iPhone 11 Pro
You can't downgrade in iOS.
You mean 14.3.
Update again to 14.4.
The update only addressed two security flaws in 14.3. Not a fix for the battery drainage problem. Hope the future update fix the problem. Any attorney out there?
